that there isn’t a human on the planet who could survived a correctly applied uppercut (it only requires one, not a combo as demoed here)
As the fist connects with the underside of the jaw, the wrist is locked due to the thumb position, the elbow is at 90 degrees creating the forearm to be perpendicular to the ground, creating maximum velocity and thus power at the point of contact, the head involuntary snaps back.
Once the neck/head joint hits 45 degrees, it pinches the nerves in the central cortex creating a spasm causing the knees to buckle.
THE CHALLENGE IS…
that in a real life situation, one has to ascertain in a fraction of a second, the ratio between head weight and neck strength of ones opponent. Get it right it’s a knock out, get it wrong and you sever the spinal cord, which results in either permanent disability or death.
One the last two there’s not much you can do, on the first there’s a fix 
HOWEVER…
when one suffers any head trauma, the neurological uptake to the brain alters chemically in an instant. It no longer seeks glucose, it requires a hit of ketones for repair instantly (this is not theory, this is neuroscience).
