Krav Maga Intensive Intro

This month is my 10 year anniversary of instructing Military Krav Maga to Civilians, after decades of instructing elsewhere and having more instructors than I can count.
In this intensive 3 hour course, you will learn the three core foundations of Krav Maga, situational awareness, reaction time and distance, and pressure point execution, be prepared to be Mindfüked.
PLUS….
Grab, choke and strangle hold releases, stood up, or pinned again a wall/floor, AND a whole bunch of other practicable tools that you’ll be able to implement immediately.
Suitable for raw rookie and experienced alike, this is part of the exact program taught to to the Israel Defense Forces from the late 70s to the 90s, it is NOT civilian Krav Maga or a fitness class.
Suitable for anyone with mobility from 16 years old +, waivers will be required to sign, for security purposes no mask wearing permitted.
